Lublin Day 1
|

|
My second pit stop after Krakow is Lublin, West Poland. Well, there's no reason for me to go there if it's not to visit Nicole and Julia. Lublin is just a small town but bigger than Brzeg. Spent 2 nights at Nic's. Nic took me to the old town and the castle. Although Lublin is small plus hearing people saying it's not worth going, there are quite a number of things to see actually especially when the second biggest Jewish concentration camp is located here, it can be an attraction to come to Lublin for people like me.

Krakow
|
|
Winter holiday has started! Anna, Olga and I decided to go to Krakow..We catched the 6.30am train, wow that was early and it was freeezing cold waiting for the train in the snow! We reached at Krakow Glowny at 10am and it was heavily snowing still! After settling down with our accommodation we headed to Wawel castle..Well, it wasn't that impressive to me...maybe because the structure of the castle is similar to other castles that I've seen in Poland..Well, it's a typical European architecture and I think I'm beginning to get sick of them cuz it's practically the same everywhere. I'd say if you've been to Poland or Austria, you've been to Eastern Europe..basically you'll see the same things, cathedrals, castles, etc...
We went to the market square later, which I find very unique..I got some souvenirs for my self there..
